How to translate movies into your language?

Hello

Can you tell me how can i translate a movie into my language.Not with subtitles,
with sound.Example when they make something like bell ring or they knock the door not to change this sound but only when they talk?
Can i make this alone?
What software do i need for this?
 
I dont think there is a software to do this.

The main thing to look for is either your movie in that language, like "Italian Star Wars III", or look at the back of the movie case, it will have the languages that it is in on the DVD, here its generally French, Spanish, and English.
 
You're talking about dubbing.
Dubbing is done by a real actors and can't be done by using some software.
Unless you want to use your own voice to replace original audio track.
