How to stop this annoying notification

Hello, I spent a fair amount of time researching how to disable this annoying notification that comes up, (see pic). I have a Moto G 5G 2024 phone. When it does this I see nothing under app notifications. Can this be disabled? Thank you.

You probably have some sort of auto clean running every so often. It could be an app or a setting in the phone.
 
Thanks, I hope is it a setting so I can turn it off. I hear it may be a "toast" notification, but I don't know how to find which app is causing it. When I look at recent apps nothing regarding this is there.
 
If you installed some sort of 'performance optimizer' then that would be it.

Default phone shouldn't have that behavior.
 
Hello, thanks for the reply. I haven't added anything so I don't know, it's done this since I got it. Moto G 5g 2024.
 
I do sometimes, I think you have to clear cache and data on each app. On my old Samsung I could do all at once.
 
The only time I have cleared data and cache is when I'm having an issue with an app which is hardly ever. I think you are overthinking things here.
