1: Call their customer support number: 1-800-390-1119
2: Navigate through to options indicating you want to make a return, but choose to speak to a representative rather than go through their automated system.
3: When the rep picks up, say you'd like to request an "advance RMA".
I just did this for a faulty router I received, and they're overnighting me a replacement immediately, as well as providing me with a free prepaid return shipping label. All you have to do is put your credit card information down so they can charge you if you don't return the original within 30 days.
Note: Your mileage may vary. Their willingness to do this might depend on how much money you've spent on Newegg, how long you've been a customer, or maybe it's something they do for business customers. Also, this time the guy actually offered the overnight shipping, but I did this once before and I had to request it. Either way, it's a pretty sweet deal and much better than doing an RMA through their website.
