How to make/where to buy this?

Hello, I want to make a shirt with a button in it that, when pressed, says a certain thing. does anyone know how I would make this or where I could buy one and put the mp3 on it?

No problem, just make sure you don't completely block it as that'll also block a lot of the sound.

Yeah, It's just going to be an ink design using that design paper thingy you can get for printers, I don't know what it's called though.
