How to lock icons with a password

How do i lock icons in place with a password? my brother is annoying me by deleting and rearranging the icons when i need them in place for work... is there a way to lock icons in place with a password?

Just make different account and lock yours with a password, use windows+L for quick lock

It won't.
Unless if you have dozens of opened things on both accounts at the same time,but in that case your brother just needs to log off from his account once he is finished and then you can log in to yours.

Just use separate accounts. It's the best way to do this.
