I just received a Livebox from Orange broadband and everything is fine. The thing is thou my flatmate wants to connect wirelesly to it (which is easy), but he has some nasty heavy download habbit. How can I limit his bandwidht so I can have the most of it?
Livebox itself doesn't give me this option, but I know it's possible with a help of some program.
Does someone knows how to do that?
