Hello kind friends!

I have a problem. I have a sound card audiophile 2492, it works.

My motherboard is Gigabyte 8IPE1000G, cd-in there is, but no aux. I have a tv tuner leadtek tv 2000 expert. From this a cable goes to cd in on MB.

I can hear sound (audiophile), but at tv tuner nope. How to fix? A friend told to link the cable from tv tuner to an aux connector on motherboard, instead cd in. But I have no aux.

Help, please. Thank you warmly!

Marian

sounds more like a software problem to me... is this an external tv tuner, external sound card? or both internal?
i dont have to mess around with any wires on my tv tuner or sound card... and i get all the noise i need lol

your soundcard is incapable of full duplex sound processing

you can use an analog loopback cable as recommended above, or the way windows media center gets around this problem is by permanently running the DVR timeshift feature, so basically, it records the signal from the card to a video file, and then plays the video file

if you have timeshift, pause the tv for a second, and then press play, and then you'll have sound
