************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

There's really nothing you can do, unless you have the source code. The vendor has to supply a patch for this.

By looking at the error message,it is clear that the program is made in Microsoft Visual Studio IDE.
Can't say which language it was designed in for sure...it could have been VB,C# or C++ or maybe even some other.
I suppose that the software was made using .NET 4.0 libraries (as the message says) or at least it loaded those but failed.
You can always use the .NET decompiler to get the source code of the failing EXE file,but it will be useless if you are not a programmer.

What about the software description?
On their WEB site does it somewhere say if the SPECIFIC .NET FRAMEWORK VERSION must be installed and used (instead of the newest one or any other)?
Because some programs developed in older .NET versions will not work under newer .NET framework versions (but this is rarely the case).
Also does the software's WEB site say if something else is also neccessary to be installed and not just the .NET?
Maybe some extra libraries or something...
