OK I am half way there and need some help. I have registered with NetFlix and can get it up on my computer and watch a movie. After advice from a NetFix person I have bought a 5 metre HDMI cable and connected the computer to my TV. Question? how do I get it to send the Netflix signal to my computer and how do I operate my computer? The reason I am asking in here is, at 76 I have trouble understanding American accents and people that speak at 100 MPH.
TV is a NEON iQ TV , 42" Full HD LCD TV with built-in HD Digital Tuner

He's trying to push video from his laptop to his TV.

Plug the cable in, switch your TV to that HDMI input, and press the windows key + P and select Projector Only/Second Screen Only.

The same way you always operate it. You won't be operating it with the TV if that's what you're asking.

Sorry everybody, I messed up with my first post, too much rush. I have Netflix and can watch a movie on my computer and want to know how to watch it on my TV. I have a HDMI cable installed from my computer to my TV. I will go slower from now on so my 76 year old brain might do it properly.

I understood what you wanted perfectly, and told you in my last post how to do what you want.
