How To Delete Protected Files

So I had a issue with GImageX v2 and it left about 5GB of files protected in my computer that can't be deleted. The issue I have is when I change my batch files to another folder it causes issues and errors so I need to delete those files.
The problem I have is when I originally tried to delete I got the "Need Permission From TrustedInstaller" well I went and clicked on the main folder (not the root folders) and gave Twist permission. Well now it says "Need Permission from Twist" yet that is the account I am on and the only admin account.
So what do I need to do in order to delete these files? Do I need to give each one permission or is there a program to put 7 in line so I can delete any file I please?

Thank you.

*edit*
I forgot to add another issue I have is it shows 2 admins with my name yet when I go to accounts I only see my own. Is this a bug or a hidden admin account like on XP?

From reading the problem it might be a good time to try an create a new account. Say 'admin' with admin rights. I have 3 back up accounts for emergency. i do not think one is enough. It might be a back door. Then if it works after logging in with the new account i would delete your account and create a new one.

Well nvm I found a neat little registry edit that allows you to 1 click owner permissions and it worked like a charm.

I see....well judging my bandwidth and activity I don't think I am hijacked but I will check it out to be safe. Thank you.

Im only saying it was something to consider. Ive had similar problems in the past. Guessing the profile (at least mine) was corrupted. It worked for me. On the lighter side your link was interesting and will take a look.
thanks

So a program put an encrypted folder on your HD? That sounds ultra fishy.

No what I did was made a ISO of my Windows 7 and then mounted it with the program.
It simply unpacks windows so you can access all the files sort of like installing without actually doing so. Most official windows forums I been to will recommend this program. Well I messed up and didn't place the core file in the proper place so when I mounted it I crashed the program leaving a unpacked windows 7 with protected files included in the folder and I couldn't delete after.

BTW for anyone curious I found a good removal guide shrank my Windows 7 x64 Ultimate from 3GB Windows install (3.5gb with updates injected) down to 825mb with everything working so far. Total install size is 9GB and could go further once I remove winsxs. I wanted to read up a bit more before removing it though.
