how to burn iso image of windows xp to usb and then boot and install the windows

Hello,
I have downloaded an image of WINDOWS XP that is in ".iso"
I have got a usb of 8 gb and also of 4gb size. . My computer supports booting through the usb too

Now what i really want to do is that burn the windows xp image through that iso file to my usb and install windows using my usb

Help needed :(
 
not that i know if his version of XP is legit or not, but i know my school offers a legit version of XP and Vista and even Windows 7 through MSDNAA, and i was actually even curious about how you would go about doing this if any1 knew how
 
actually i had made an iso image of my windows xp orignal cd ofcourse which i got misplaced but thank God while making an iso image of it when i was actually learning how to make one :p I did write the key with myself too

But to avoid writing this all description, i thought of using the word downloaded the iso image from the internet to make my post short :P

So the thing is that the image is of my orignial windows xp cd professional edition. . Now please help me :(
