how does streamers use dual monitors?

Its great to have two monitors but im having some troubles.

to move my mouse over to the second monitor i have to alt+tab and then move the mouse or have the game in window mode, but i was wondering what youtube/streamers use to have a game in fullscreen and be able to move the mouse over to the other screen without alt+tab.
is there a software or a windows funktion i havent found?

Im using windows 8 if that makes a differends
 
I stream sometimes and have Dual monitors,No matter whether i have the game in full screen or in Window mode i still have to alt & tab through the windows,It works fine though.
 
Some games will support a borderless mode that lets you move the mouse to the other screen without disrupting the game. I know Civ5 does this and a few others I can't think of off the top of my head.
