How do you protect your data

In the next few weeks I am finally going to build my own custom 8 bay HDD box.It took me some time to gather the parts and will take me few more weeks to get the rest of them, but when I finally do,I will make it.
It will be called MAIN UAC DATA COMPLEX CENTER.I will hold ALL my data on it and some of it is very classified and for that reason I must also secure it as best as possible from intruders of any kind. When I say SECURE I do not mean something like putting a password on the HDD and data and the encryptions and things like that.Sure I will do all that plus a LOT more, but what I am also going to do is to protect the area in which the MAIN UAC DATA COMPLEX CENTER will be located.By that I mean that I will have audio sensors, movement sensors, video surveillance, glass break sensors and so on.That might sound like TOO PROTECTED,but like I said...I have very very very classified data which I cannot afford to be stolen so I must make the best protection possible.

I will have a special room just for that.Similar to this:

Most people would say I overreact.I guess that's true, but like everyone always says...you can never be protected well enough.

As soon as I finish my HDD case device,I will give you an image.

So how do you guys protect your data? :)

I keep my private data on multiple TrueCrypt volumes each with different 20+ random-character passwords. Not all of them have data on them, either... some are empty, but "they" don't know that. That's more than enough for home use.

What you're doing sure looks dead serious. I dare say mil-spec or better.

I do not worry about my data too much. I back it up and encrypt the drives of the computers, but it is more for my piece of mind than keeping it from other people. Plus all of the drives are backed up to DVD and flash key at the same time.

Dead serious?Wow lol.I didn't know I overreacted THAT much :P
That is just the beginning lol.I will also make a small software which will track every single file on that UAC data center device and if someone (anyone) tryes to change anything (locally or through the internet),a very loud alarm sound will start beeping through the speakers and the system will immediately automatically shutdown completely and I will be immediately informed that someone (anyone) tried to touch my data :P
It's better for that "someone" to not be in that room if that happens :D
Otherwise that "someone" will be shorten for the head :D
And I am not gonna be the one who will do that hahaha :D

Cheers!
