I have a Panasonic PV-GS33 camcorder that can be used as a web cam and gets connected though USB, I screwed up on the installation and now when I connect it to my comp I can see the camera in My Computer but when I try to use it in any sort program like AIM, video editing software, etc.. the image is blank, but if I use it on my laptop which also it running XP it works fine, so I want to uninstall the the drivers and reinstall them But I cant figure out how to uninstall the drivers help would be much appreciated :)

goto device manger (control panel -> system -> hardware tab -> device manager) find your driver in question. Double click on it -> goto driver tab ->click uninstall

OK I found the web cam drivers and I uninstalled them, but I still have a problem, I connected the camera and the computer said new hardware found and just automatically installed it with out letting me choose what drivers to use, so it is doing the same thing

what can I do

download the most recent drivers from the manufacturers website and install those, reboot, then try your camcorder...
