How do I get rid of this?!

Downloaded some skin for XP which allowed the toolbar on the side and all that good stuff, didn't like it and uninstalled, now I get this message every time I restart/turn on my computer.
 
You could try CCleaner. It will clean your registry of any leftover crap from the program. There is also an uninstall section and a startup section where you can remove any unneeded start up entries.
 
Check your "start up" folder Start - Program Files - Startup and make sure there isn't a shortcut for rainmeter.dll. Also go to Start - Run and type msconfig go to start up and see if its still enabled...disable and hit ok. Should stop it...it doesn't appear to be a trojan or anything so its most likely not risky.

Twist86 has the right answer and procedure to remove it.
 
^^ 2nd that

CCleaner or Msconfig will help fix the problem

I would also check in programfiles folder and delete any traces of rainmeter
 
Thanks guys I ran CC Cleaner and malwarebytes they both did nothing, I will try twists way :D
