How do i fax documents?

i have to sent my id and credit card copies to a website and have to fax it. I don't have a fax machine. How much does it cost to use a fax machine? Or are fax machines only available to companies? They say i can't scan them my documents.

Where are you located? (what country) There are stores like OfficeMax and Office Depot that allow you to fax for fairly cheap.
