The temps look OK. VCore seems really low at the time of these readings. Are you playing around with that setting? Without the CPU spec, I would have thought the max value shown was closer to what is normal.

so what do you think is the problem?

When was that screen shot taken? There's no evidence of anything overheating causing your shut down. If it only happens when gaming or watching videos it sounds like it might be a video card problem. Do you have any type of hardware diagnostic tools you can run?

the ss was taken right after the computer frozed. and no, can you recommend me any tools?

Take a look in the BIOS for the Vcore settings. May be in the Advanced tab? Are you overclocking?

no, im not overclocking, just normal gaming and web browsing.

im assuming its the ram because like i said, i have to take the ram out, blow it, and put it back in for it to work sometimes. but i need to know what exactly is causing this problem before i replace the part.

Blowing on the RAM may cure the problem simply because the PC has been off for a while! There is a memory test in Windows 7. It's in Control Panel / Administrative Tools. For more detailed explanation see here. If you have problems with that, try memtest86 which requires making a bootable CD.

the program is not responding

One common reason why a computer crashes is because of a clogged or corrupt windows registry. If you often experience “the program is not responding” issue, you may need to use some clean-up utility, particularly a registry cleaner to correct it.
