How can I clean out this laptop

My laptop has recently been getting very hot and the fan has been very noisy when playing online games and so I've been told that the problem is that my computer has dust in the fan. I already tried blowing it out with compressed air with the laptop's panel on but no results, so I wanted to take the fan directly out to clean it but as you can see that would be impossible on my laptop. What the heck should I do?

Usually directly in the vents would suffice.

Otherwise you're looking at removing the casing to get down to the heatsink specifically and verifying that it isn't clogged with dust.
