high DPC latency

Not sure where to post this so here it is.

I was experiencing crackeling and popping with my sound card so I decided to search around. Many place pointed me to the program DPC Latency Checker. I used it and mine are off the charts.

They're normally suppose to be around 50-100. Mine peaked out at 17000+. What is going on here? What can cause all these spikes. They're really annoying as everytime a big spike comes up I can hear my music pop.:mad:
 
Bump. I flashed to the newest F10 bios from gigabyte and the it helped a bit, but there still are spikes everywhere :(.
 
Problem solved. For future reference, just set power settings to high performance instead of balanced or power saving.
