[pentium III @ 1000 mhz]

i have counter strike 1.6 and my latencies in the game are 700-1100ms, and they keep kicking me out cuz my high latincies....how do i put the ms's down?????? my networking card is a intel pro/100 vm networking card (built into mobo) with the newest drivers....help...ppppplz?

cable on a router for me and my sis's computer but i only play when she's not on her's cuz it kills her internet connection

i get a 30 for the cl_cmdrate rate and a 25 for the cl_updaterate
