Help with shoutcast

Hi I dont know where to post this so I'll just try it here and hope I can get help. My friend is trying to setup a shoutcast server so he can stream him doing his DJ thing with Audio and Video of him doing it live. He has figured out how to get the Audio by itself and the Video by itself, but not together. any ideas/tips?

i thought shoutcast only did audio.

i used shoutcast ages ago when i had my radio website going.
all you need is
1:shoutcast server
2: broadcast software.
 
well i have seen my friend broadcast video over it and video over it, but not at the same time. thats what were trying to figure out :)
