Help with a kodak printer

Im hoping someone can help, i just purchased a Kodak wireless printer, the printer is all set up with my router, it's showing the signal that its wieless but my laptop isn't picking the printer up, i have used the cd that came with the printer, i have also tried setting up with my adware turned off?, now im confussed and dont know what else to try , im not brilliant with computures

Did you use the install cd to set up the printer? You must use the cd in every computer that's gonna print to it.

Im guessing its working, right? any other computers using it?
Any others using the wireless?

Try this.
goto start
control panel
hardware devices/printer
choose add a printer: add network, wireless or bluetooth printer

If the printer shows up then right click the printer.
Choose set as default printer.

Yes, i install the cd into the laptop, i have installed it but the computure says it's not picking the printer up?

Are you putting in your router password in all lowercase because that is default on the printer. Mine would never work because I had to capitalize the first letter of my pw. Once i did that it worked. Best bet it to take that POS back...the ink in cheap but runs out FAST! ive had mine 3 months and have already replaced the ink with light usage.
