Help Wireless Card Install Disk is Bad

I have an old Dell laptop that I just formated and reinstalled Windows. However, when I went to reinstall the old Linksys Wireless B network adaptor, the disk would not work. It appears to have some wierd rough circle on the back, so I assume that it is damaged.

I am giving this laptop to my parents, and I really don't want to have to buy another entire adaptor just to be able to install it. Wirless B is fine for their needs as well. Does anybody have a clue where I could get another disk?
 
doesn't it have an ethernet port? Do you have a usb thumb drive?

download it from Linksys.com and install it that way
