Help Un-Installing a program

Hi
I downloaded internetcalls.com yesterday and when i entered my card details it said error 4217 (or 2417 cant remember) now when i try to uninstall it i go on to control panel and click uninstall but it starts the program then i get a message saying i cant uninstall it cause its running. Does anyone know how to stop it starting back up when i click uninstall?
Also does anyone know any other good sites like that.

Open task manager and end process on the application itself. Some programs won't uninstall with it running.
 
Ive tryed task manager but every time i click uninstall it pops back up. i then tryed task manager when in the middle o funinstall and its not showing up it just shows at the bottom of the screen..
 
Ok, do this. If you are running XP, then click on start, click on run, type "msconfig" without the quotes and click ok. Click on the startup tab, uncheck the program so that it doesn't start on bootup, then click on apply, ok, then reboot the pc and then try uninstalling.

If running vista or 7 then click on start, in the search box, type msconfig and do the exact same thing as above.
