I need a new sound card, and want a good one. Something thats great for games and general music listening. My maximum idealistic budget is around £30 - £40.

On ebay I found a CREATIVE AUDIGY LE 7.1 SOUND CARD NEW OEM EAX AND SOFT.
The specs are :24-bit, 7.1 Audio
Delivering audio quality of up to 24-bit / 96kHz, 100dB SNR clarity and 7.1 surround sound
Is this good?, any suggestions more than welcome :D
 
look at a local webite like "www.newegg.com"
but dont look there, they dont ship international yet
look for a local webite like that thats in europe area, or whereever the hell you live cause i just got this feeling you dont live in the states "haha" no im joking...

but i thikn you can get a plenty good 100-150$ soundcard for the price.

make sure it has the the right amount of speaker ports you need.
dont get a 5.1 soundcard if you have 7.1 speakers...
