Help Please

Somthing new that has just started happening to my pc about lets say last week it doesnt allways happen ..... when im on the internet and msn online or whatever i somtimes get disconnected from what im doing and when i go to connect again it says ur allready connected and shows my speed and bytes per second and stuff but when i go into the internet it says this page cannot be displyed and it wont let me sign back into msn the only way i can get back online is restarting and its gettin really annoying now and i cant seem to find anything to help it ........

well ive searched for spyware and found 12 errors ive got rid of the 12 and these nothing now but it done it again today...Took at least about 1 hour n a half at least and i wasnt even at the pc busy eveything was on stand by
 
Ive Searched for Virus - Spyware - Adware - and i have even reinstalled my modem again and its still doing it .......... HELP
