help please

small problem. cant seem to get the computer to read my USB. it has C & D drive , also DVD (E Drive) & Floppy disk drive (A.) but wont read my white 4GB USB or my 320GB external drive (G.) tried using other ports but still no good. has any1 seen this problem b4?

Hey friend, simply get your PC dry wash I mean have your PC formatted, this is simply the work of some malicious spyware or virus on your PC.
