all looks good especially the gfx card but for you to run dual channel memory you need to have pairs of memoir ie 2, 4 or 6 ram chips not 3 it wont run dual channel!

Yep, for tripple channel DDR3 memory you need an X58 system. P55 uses dual channel DDR3

If you are planning on playing games the monitor you have posted has response time of 5 ms and for games it's suppose to be like 2 ms. It's possible to run good on 5 ms too but usually for games people get 2 ms because the view is better.
