Help needed

hi i just reinstalled windows on my computer but i guess i lost my sound and internet connection. how can i reinstall it on my computer? please help thank u.

What is the make/model of your computer? You need to reinstall the chipset drivers, available on the maker's website.

Get your serial number off the back of the computer and go to hp's website and search for the drivers you need and then put them onto a cd or jump drive and transfer them to your pc..

never mind guys i fixed the sound problem but my internet doesnt work i called my internet customer service they said i dont have interface card. can u guys help me with that. thank you.
