help me cant install my cpu

Hi i got this cpu and the heatsink has clips like alot of them do and I don't know the trick if there is one to make it fit how do I do it? any help please its driving me crazy............................

its a amd copper heatsink with the 2 clips on the side if i fit one on either side then the other side wont fit in
 
srsly no1 knows? I just bought the amd vishera 8350 and the heatsink I just have trouble with the clips to secure it in its really annoying.. figure theres some kind of trick and i dont want to end up breakin the heatsink pushing so hard

apparantly im the only idiot on earth who would wonder if theres a trick to push the clips in properly

Its got a lever on one side. Push it one way and it tightens the clips down to secure the heatsing down. Push it the other way it loosens the clips to place or remove the heatsink. Push it to the side that loosens them. From memory if your looking at the lever, you push it to the right to place the clips under the taps on the CPU bracket, then to the left to tighten.
