HELP! Frusterated ! Help me please!

My pc keeps kicking me off of the internet every 3 minutes then re connects!!! I try to play a game online but it lags terribly and cuts out!

Im located in a lower room in my house, could my wireless network not connect because im so low from the main PC with the Modem?

HELP!
 
Depends, how many rooms are in between your "lower" room and the main pc with the modem. Also, the material that your house is made of could affect it too. Then their could also be the chance of it being interrupted with other wifi devices in your home.
 
move your computer next to your router, and try it wired. if this works fine then you know its your wireless that is the problem.

If it is still doing it, its probably a software type thing. i knew about half a year back there was a virus about that disconnected you off the net after around a minute of being connected. Make sure your computer is all up to date and do a spyware + virus scan.
