Help! Blue screen of death!

I don't know anything about computers :/ I recently started getting blue screens every single time I get on my laptop almost as soon as I turn it on. I have a HP pavilion dm4. A few days ago (when it first happened) it fell of a table onto the carpet. That's when I first got the blue screen. It doesn't happen when I am on safe mode.

After the blue screen comes up, my computer restarts when I go onto safe mode a window like this pops up:

I click the check for solutions button, and nothing happens.
Need help! I don't know how to fix this!

No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Do you know how to zip up files? I would like for you to zip the files that are located in this folder and attach them to your next reply.

There should be 13 files in that folder.
 
Looks like some data on your hard drive is damaged. Try going to Computer and then right-clicking on C:\, then click Properties. In the Tools tab in the Error Checking section click Check Now and then click Start in the window that pops up.
 
OK. This may end up being hardware damage or something as simple as removing and reinserting the memory.

Some of those dumps are saying there is an issue with your Intel graphics driver. Some are saying issue with network driver. So the first thing I want you to do is remove all memory sticks and then reinsert them. And then try booting up to see if you still get the blue screen. Go into device manager and give me the driver dates for your intel graphics controller and realtek network driver. To get the driver date, right click on the device and click on properties, then click on the driver tab and it will list driver data and version.
 
Memory sticks are the hardware that allows your pc to run faster and run more things at once. They look similar to this.

Usually they are under a cover that is on the bottom of the laptop. Do you know of anyone that is computer savvy so they can help you?
 
I removed and inserted the memory sticks and I still got the blue screen.

I couldn't find the realtek network driver when I looked in the device manager. I do see something called "Network adapters" though.

And for the Intel graphics controller I see "Intel(R) HD Graphics" It says the driver date for that is 7/28/2010
The version is 8. 15. 10. 2189
 
If you do not know what a memory stick is, then I would STRONGLY advise you to ask someone else to check it for you as you can do a lot more harm by not knowing what you are doing.

Yes, that is the model number. The memory sticks are under a compartment on the bottom of the laptop. You just need a small philips screwdriver to remove it. If you have never done anything like this before, I would suggest you find someone that has worked on pc's before and have them help you.
