Headset

Want to irrepairably damage your hearing then, eh? :P I think the biggest limiting factor on how loud a pair of headphones is will be the volume control in the control panel, not the headphones. But those headphones look fine.

Lol

aight thanks.

Also i gana have the sound card X-fi. The sounds card will make it easier to hear stuff right. better quality making it better to hear stuff??

Thanks

Having a good sound card doesn't make it "easier to hear stuff", but the quality of what you do hear is higher. The sound is generally cleaner, with better range of high and low frequencies. And in the case of the x-fi, the option for surround sound from any type of headphones.

I own the X-Fi Fidelity, and I am very happy with it.

It's basically the measure of frequencies that are accurately reproduced within a certain decibel level. I don't fully understand the technicalities of it myself, this article has a better explanation. If you want to see how that relates to what you actually hear, then this is a good place to start.

I would personally choose the Sennheiser PC150. It's more expensive, but is a better quality headset, and in my humble opinion worth the difference. Of course it's totally up to you. :)

Yes, that should suit you find, it seem to be brimming with specs, and like you said, reviews are crucial when it comes to making a wise purchase.

You said thanks guys, since I was the only person to answer this thread, I guess you're thanking me?? :P
