Has anyone ever seen this before?

hi all, re-booted my pc as normal a few days back and when it loaded back up the english language seems to have disappeared and has now been replaced by some unknown language, makes it hard to do anything, anyone kno a way of fixing this?

any help much appreciated, iv attached a screenshot to give you an idea of what im up against

 
trying to get the logs but its not easy, actually pretty much impossible without knowin gthe programs i have to use (which i dont) , just to show u what im up against, every program and function i try to use is like this...

 
If you are computer savvy, you can take your harddrive out and slave it in another system that has a fully updated antivirus/malware program and scan your drive with it. Hopefully it will find something. If not, then it looks like you be taking on the task of formatting and reinstalling windows. I have never seen this before. What were you doing on the computer right before this happened? Did you browse to sites you don't normally go to?
 
This happened to me quite a few years back, and changing the Language did not help.

I had to reinstall Windows.
 
nope unfortunately not that computer savvy, maybe will have to try the re-format, wasnt browsing any sites i dont normally visit, and have good anti virus so cant work it out! thanks for ur help tho much appreciated
 
Unfortunally I have had this. This is a virus like the others have said, I could not get rid of it and I had AVG and Spybot Search and Destroy running. You will have to re-install windows to get rid of it, which really sucks:(
