Halo 2 for XP patch

You can only play the first 3 levels....and it really sucks. Its not optimized well...my 8800gt struggled with it. The graphics look horrible since there are form an old xbox game. Ummmmmm...ya...it sucks....you cant even play LAN

Yeah it's not worth the trouble, I played it on my friends rig and it sucks.

The vista version is pretty fun. I like it
. But yeah, I can imagine that the XP version would suck because halo2 requires xbox live. Any patch that bypasses it will knock out all multiplayer, and then its user made so as previously said its going to be inefficient, and doesnt even have all the levels.
Therefor not worth it, no way you can get vista
?Alternatively you could just get cod4
. (Or an xbox360 and halo\2\3).

Yeah I heard it was pretty horrible...I would rather see effort put into a "vista spoof" for XP to bypass it and get DX10 for XP.
I sadly own Vista but I have a friend that works as a tech at Best Buy and he just made me a legit copy. Still feel like I wasted 50 cents on the disc I gave him for it.
But least I got to play Halo 2 so 50 cents well earned. ^-^ Really disappointed at how long I had to wait for a direct console to PC game set up. Microsoft must be punishing the internet for saying vista sucks. Truth hurts I suppose.
