Hackers hack the super bowl in Arizona right in the middle of the game

I don't understand the big deal and bringing in suing. Its obvious Comcast did not intentionally show it, they should be suing the hacker, not Comcast. Comcast should say

"We are very sorry upon what was seen, Comcast was not liable and we currently are tracking down the hacker, to show our sincerest apology, here is $20 off your monthly bill"

Track down the hacker and sue him instead!

That's very funny, what a lad!

Why the hell would you sue anyone? Stop bloody sueing! "but my darling little kid saw..." So did everyone elses, they'll all talk about it at school, have a laugh, and that'll be that. What possible use money could be I don't know.
 
Plus they said there was a sequence leading up to the actual nudity, i'm guessing anyone watching did so on purpose. :P
