I use bill me later all the time. Bill me later is now owned by pay pal I believe. All you have to do is apply for an account and use it. Tiger direct and Newegg still use it.

Bill Me Later is still an option, just make sure you pay it back within the promo period otherwise you pay insane amounts of interest.

Do you have the ability to pay it off over time? Like, making little payments over time before the promo period is over? And, sorry if I sound stupid if you've already answered this, but as soon as you make the order go through does it send it to your house as though you've made a purchase?

Depending on how much your total is and if bill me later allows special financing on that amount then yes, you can make payments over time but as said, if you don't pay it full by the expiration date you will get finance charges tacked on from the date of purchase. I highly suggest you check into neweggs preferred account. You always get special financing no matter when. 6 months over $250 and 12 months over $500.

As John said, yes, usually there are 6-12 month interest free loans you can pay off monthly, but again you're looking at double digit interest rates if you go beyond that period.
