Great gaming headset?

I was looking at the Creative Fatal1ty headset. But I don't want to to drop $50 bucks on a headset that will crap out on me. Any suggestions?

i was loading this page and going to newegg.com right now to find that exact headset and link it to you. i have had it for at least 7 months now and i love it. solid, clear bass and good high notes.

that headset is a part of a professional gamers line if ya didnt know, so it might be worth picking up though I honestly dont know I had a headset with detachable mic and it was a pain getting it to connect sometimes but then again it was like $15 at sears so it probably wasnt the best quality.

this one detaches by a regular mic jack on the headphones, its rather solid.

Yeah, the fatal1ty headset is great, i picked one up at circuit city actually since it was cheaper than online,well, same price, but didnt have to pay shipping I love the detachable mic on the side aswell.
