Graphic card upgrade

I wouldn't know a graphic card if you bounced one off my head, so....I need advice. My 10 year old HP Envy desktop will no longer work with Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop because they say my graphics card is outdated. I'd like to upgrade to one that will support my work in Adobe but stay at a minimum given my rig is as old as it is. Any suggestions to what I need considering I want to install it myself.
 
If you go into device manager and then expand display adapters, what does it list there? Looks like lightroom requires directx 12 along with at least 4gb of vram. Also, what operating system are you running? Looks like you need windows 10 22H2 or later.
