GPU problems. Texture/details enhanced when looking around in games.

Hi guys,

I build my desktop computer half a year ago. However, I recently experienced some issues with it in regards to playing certain games and I really hope you guys have the experience to tell me whether there is an easy fix to it, or if it's a bug in my GPU. The problem is rather difficult to describe, so bear with me.

The issues I'm experiencing is in high graphic games. At the moment I'm playing God Of War Ragnarok so this is going to be the game I'll have as my reference. So the issue shows when I'm looking around with my character. It seems as if all the textures/details of the rocks, trees, leaf's, Planck's and so on, gets more enhanced as look around which is kind of annoying, as it doesn't feel natural. I tried to swap my graphic card with a RTX 4060, and with this graphic cards, the issue doesn't show. When I look around, the background and the texture/details of the mentioned objects gets blurry and comes back into focus when standing still (as it realistically should be). This confirms my concern about my main graphic card (RTX 4070 Ti Super) having an issue. However, I don't know if it's some weird setting or if there is some other way to come across it on. The graphic setting were exactly the same in GOW Ragnarok when swapping the GPU's and I also tried to lower the setting for both GPU's with the same outcome.

Have you guys experienced this issue before, or even heard of it?

I installed the Nvidia drivers for both the GPU's and I also tried to install previous versions of them to ensure compatibility, but the issue persists. I've also tied to play around with the settings, but this had no effects as well.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions to a potential fix, or whether you believe my GPU is broken. Also let me know, if you need more details in regards to the problem I'm experiencing.

Thanks
