gps watch setup

wife is 81 and suffers from advanced dementia, she wanders off and gets lost. I bought her a GPS smart watch but no one in central Oklahoma knows how to set it up. Police just brought her home again, she managed to get out while I was sleeping. Has anyone any suggestions?

What's the make and model? There might be some instructions hidden on the interwebs somewhere.

Can you give us Model/Make etc and we'll help get you some info to get things in proper order for you guys?
