Good free program

I am looking for a good free program that will allow me to code PHP with HTML. I am at the point that I need a good program that will allow me to code this way.

There are many free versions of Dreamweaver if your serious about your php,html start with this to create awesome website or just start with wordpress.

You can download xamp and have a server on your home pc.
1. Xammp
2. Notepad + - can be used to edit your php,html files
3. Wordpress - Start creating your own templates and/or plugins this is a great way to learn the language and create powerful and robust websites that in the future you could offer programming/design services to people.
