It was given to me from family. Its a Intel build but older. Im formatting and doing new install. It always gave in windows and now an error:
'DMI Event Log Is Full'. Hit 'F1' and starts installing now. (at least thats where im at). What do i do about the event log space error? after the install.
 
I formatted and installed XP Pro. Starts up fine. BUT as soon as ya turn it on it goes to a menu and still says DMI Event Log Space Full. then i hit F1 then starts to windows just fine.

Didn't see anything in the bios either to delete it.
First time ive seen this before.

say again the error is only in dos when turning on or reboot. not windows.

i got it. it was in the bios and cleared it. done deal, thanks.
I looked 10 times and didn't see it. walked away for an hour and there it was.
starts fine.
