Is it a zip file and what OS do you run? because the folder directories are different.

I don't use Gimp but it should be here
C:\Users\{user account}\.gimp-2.6\brushes Unpack them and paste them in.

I have Photoshop but i was told to try Gimp as they have more to offer but i find it's a lot harder to use than P Shop. After i put this post on i went on Google and found it on there.I have W7 so this is what you do,Start/computer/C drive/program files 64/Gimp2.0/share/brushesThanks for your time it's nice knowing you can come on here with a problem or question
and someone will answer it for you, thank you again.

Hmm, i think Photoshop is harder than Gimp. But that's my opinion.

I try using Gimp but it seems hard, mind you I don't really do photo shop kind of stuff but would like to start. Is there any turtorial stuff for gimp you guys recommend? I am running I think it's Gimp 2.6 on Ubuntu 10.04, Thanks.

Just watch videos on YouTube. That's how I learned to use Photoshop, and Lightroom.
