Gigabyte RMA,Anyone deal with them?

Well im happy now,Just found out that the Gigabyte motherboard that suddenly just died on me is actually still under warranty.

Anyone dealt with Gigabyte customer support via Email before?...Do they get back to you or ignore like a lot of company's do when your trying to RMA?

They will get back to you, it takes a few days but they do certainly do, however I have had issues with their gpu's passing their inspection then failing later in the week....just have to keep up with em, even calling, calling seems to have the best results.
 
Well they got back to me,Had to fill out a Excel form and send it back to them then hopefully they will send me a RMA number. :)
 
The only thing I would advise Shane is expect a wait. It isn't Gigabyte specific, all motherboard RMA's seem to take an age, though some do take longer than others (Asus).
