I moved to a x58 i7 setup and I have a HD5870 on the way otherwise I would not be getting rid of this. With this MB I have been able to get very good ram timings and the cooled 8+2 power phase with handle an OC'ed x6 without problem.

It also has about 2 years left on warranty.

It's AM3 socket and takes DDR3 memory..
