Getting most out of X-Fi

We'll I've had the x-fi plat comming up on a year now. I really haven't spent the time to tweak it.

I'm wondering if there are any online tutorials or refrence guides for getting the best performace out of it.

Exactly what are you trying to do to it, make it sound better?

first of all... what speakers do you use?
not much to tweak if the speakers are crap.

Speakers are in sig. Logitech Z-5500.

I just want to get the most out of them:
-sound
-settings
-etc

if you have them connected propperly,.. you can tweak it a bit using the software equolizer. putting up the Low frequent and the high freatient tones a bit,. but how much is up to you,.. since you're the one that has to like the sound.
