getting error 'Contact admin to obtain permission'

My wifes computer. trying to download mask for paintshop. said she need admin rights to obtain permission. I do have back up profiles havent tried yet. What the reason for getting this and how to fix. Its happened before. and yes she has admin rights.

for the record, i had her reboot and log in another account (grandpa) and admin rights. Now getting error C:\users\admin\downloads\ww-masks\cannot create\program files\access is denied.

Try reinstalling the program. Issues like this are usually a permission issue when actually installing the program. I've seen things similar to this in the past. Whether it a be trying to add a registry entry or program file. You will most likely have to contact the maker of the program for support.

for the record, she had this program for about 7 yrs. paint shop pro v8 or 9. she doesn't know what she did but a check box was there and she said she clicked that. then it worked. thats all i know. and she doesn't know what it was.
its working. I know logging in with another profile before didn't fix it. it was the same thing and didn't work.
