Generic Webcam isn't working anymore?

I bought a webcam from one of the members of this forum. It was going great and it installed RIGHT when I plugged it in the first time, but than I had to reinstall Windows a couple times and it hasn't worked on the last few installations... Any suggestions?
 
*bump* Can anyone help? Or even try to help?

Also, a friend of mine and I were trying to get Remote Assistance to work, but it won't work either, any suggestions from anyone who got it to work?
