Received. Item is not new in the box and didn't come with mounting hardware, PM sent.

Talked to seller, was told "that's how he got it". Future buyers, just beware and get confirmation about a "new in box item" in this situation, it wasn't what everybody else says it is.

I've contacted Thermaltake and will have to pay $9 extra for the hardware needed to use this heatsink that should have been in this if it were truely new in the box, not just unused.

Overall, unhappy with this transaction. Beware.
